Use Green Navigator personally without creating a company workspace.

Company account

Create a private company workspace and become its first Company Administrator.

Invite your team during setup

Send secure email invitations to Pesticide Managers, Pesticide Operators, Employees or Consultants once the workspace is created.

This information creates the workspace that will contain all your users and company data.

Company name Enter the legal or commonly used name of your company.

Company registration / VAT number This identifies the organisation and prevents users from joining the wrong company workspace.

Company country The first workspace is created automatically for this country.

Annual subscription Basic: €120/year and up to 4 users. Premium: up to 20 users plus Chemical List. Enterprise: multi-country structure, Executive Dashboard and enterprise roles. Each country workspace has its own annual subscription. Premium and Enterprise require administrator approval after signup.

Green Navigator creates the company and country workspace automatically. Team members never choose a company by name; they join only through a secure invitation tied to the exact workspace.
